Chartered 2000 by TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT between AGA KHAN IV (HIS HIGHNESS PRINCE KARIM AGA KHAN, 1936-2025 — spiritual leader of ~15M ISMAILI MUSLIMS globally) + governments of TAJIKISTAN + KAZAKHSTAN + KYRGYZSTAN.
