The Universitat d'Andorra (UdA) is the only public university in the Principality of Andorra and the country's primary higher education institution. Higher education in Andorra formally began in 1988 with the founding of the School of Nursing and the School of Computer Science, which were consolidated into UdA in 1997. Located in Sant Julià de Lòria, UdA delivers Bologna three-cycle degrees (Bàtxelor, Màster, Doctorat) primarily in Catalan, with courses also in French, Spanish, and English reflecting Andorra's multilingual character as a co-principality (jointly headed by the President of France and the Bishop of Urgell in Spain). UdA is fully integrated into the European Higher Education Area, so degrees are recognised across Europe. Programs include nursing, computer science, education, business administration, law, communication, tourism, and an extensive virtual studies division. Andorra's small population (~80,000) means UdA is necessarily a small institution, but with notably high graduate employability.

We list institutions whose accreditation we have verified against a recognized national or international accrediting body. Listing does not vouch for any specific program's recognition by destination-country regulators, individual admissions outcomes, or post-graduation credential transferability.
When you click through to a university's website, you are interacting with that institution's admissions process under their terms. Our responsibility ends at pointing you to a verified-accreditation institution.
